Yannick RADI
Dr. Yannick Radi is a legal expert with legal practice and academic experience in international law and international litigation. He is a Professor of international law at the Faculty of Law of UCLouvain, a guest professor of international investment arbitration at Sciences Po Law School, and an invited professor at the Hague Academy of International Law.
Dr. Radi is also a member of the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators. He is on of the List of Trade and Sustainable Development Experts for dispute settlement panels under EU Trade Agreements and also on the List of Arbitrators for Sport of the CEPANI.
Dr. Radi acts as an independent legal consultant on international law matters. He is admitted to practice law in France.
Dr. Radi has specific expertise and interest in State responsibility and the law of treaties, international arbitration, international investment law, sustainable development, energy law, business & human rights as well as climate change, and space law.
He offers trainings (see e.g. MOOC on international investment law and arbitration available on edX) and regularly publishes on international law matters. His books include Rules and Practices of International Investment Law and Arbitration, a textbook published by Cambridge University Press (2020), and Research Handbook on Human Rights and Investment (EE Elgar 2018).
