Our experts in Damages Valuation have deep experience in disputes that require financial and economic analyses, loss attribution and valuations, including breach of contract, corporate transactions and M&A disputes and insurance claims. They have extensive testifying experience in litigation and international arbitration under various rules, including the ICC, ICSID, LCIA, ICDR, HKIAC and SIAC.
They are involved at every stage of the dispute process, from the preparation of pre-action advice to the delivery of oral and written expert testimony.
Our Damages Valuation team in Europe is made up of 90 professionals, 29 are listed in Who’s Who Legal and 5 ranked as Thought Leader Global Elite.
Our Construction Delay and Quantum experts have extensive international experience, having been appointed on many leading, global projects. They deliver independent expert advice on matters of delay and disruption, program management, planning and programming in construction and engineering disputes worldwide. In the event of a project delay, our team of independent experts are adept at establishing the critical path and undertaking an objective analysis of the issues.
