Pellerin – De Maria – Guerre
PMG is a Paris-based law firm renowned for its expertise in reviewing arbitral awards – setting aside proceedings and appeals against exequatur orders - in both domestic and international cases before the French courts, combined with in-depth knowledge of french civil procedure.
The firm follows in the footsteps of Jacques Pellerin, who worked as a solicitor at the Paris Court of appeal from the early days of the 1980-1981 reform. Luca De Maria joined him at the beginning of the 2000s. Since then they have been working together in this field.
Building on the expertise they have acquired, they have been involved in some of the most significant cases in this area, participating directly in the development of French case law in domestic and international arbitration and, in total, since 2011, in over a hundred actions for annulment, either directly in defense of companies, states, public or para-public entities and individuals, or in collaboration with other law firms.
