Alec RAY
Associate
Alec is an associate at LALIVE in Geneva and Zurich, specialising in commercial and investment arbitration. He also advises clients on claim management in ongoing projects and assists with drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
With experience across multiple industries – particularly energy, infrastructure, construction, and engineering – Alec has represented clients in both ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings. He has likewise acted in arbitration-related court proceedings, including setting-aside proceedings before the Swiss Supreme Court.
An active member of the Geneva Bar Association, Alec is also part of the organizing committee for the Geneva International Legal Week.
